Reset Apple Macbook Pro to factory defaults

How to factory reset mac to factory just by following this easy steps

1. Reboot 
2. Hold apple key + s key down after you hear the chime. (command + s on newer Macs) 
3. When you get text prompt enter in these terminal commands to create a brand new admin account (hitting return after each line): 

mount -uw / 
rm /var/db/.AppleSetupDone 
shutdown -h now 

4. After rebooting you should have a brand new admin account. When you login as the new admin you can simply delete the old one and your good to go again!

Right-click on folder -> Properties
Security Tab
Click on Advanced button
Owner tab
Edit.. button
select Administrators in 'Change owner to', check 'replace owner on subcontainers and objects'..this might take a while
Open cmd.exe as administrator
type 'cacls l:\messedUpFolder /T /e /g Administrators:f' ...this might take a while
rmdir /S l:\messedUpFolder
and thats it.

1.Start > Run > type ‘regedit’

2.Locate the following path in your ‘Registry Editor’

3.HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook 

4. right click and export to backup settings
